Ø  Provide comparables for Marketing  Price

Ø  Pay for ‘all’ advertising

Ø  Show the property

Ø  Interview prospective tenants

Ø  Obtain ‘credit report’ for prospective tenant

Ø  Verify prospective tenant current employment & previous landlord

Ø  Provide copy of Rental Application along with our recommendation

Ø  Landlord has final approval of prospects

Ø  Initial Walk-thru and Property condition Report when tenant movies

Ø  Initial Walk-thru and Property condition Report when tenant moves out

Ø  Compensation for Team Noto First Month Rent

- Team Noto pays all Advertising

- Team Noto pays Referral Fees

Ø  Lease Agreements

Landlord Responsibilities

Ø  Provide Elite Realty a lease  agreement

Ø  Provide:            

-    3 House keys

-    2 Electronic Fobs (when Required)

-    2 Parking Permits (When Required)

-    2 Electronic Gate Openers (When Required)

-    2 Mail Box Keys
